Can anyone suggest a good book to help raise self-esteem?

I have fairly low self-esteem and am extremely insecure at times, especially in relationships. Are there any good books or programs that might help me with my self-esteem issues?
I'm not religious, so I would really like suggestions that don't include religion or praying. Thanks!

try this book. The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale. contains religion but it helps me a lot
