Outlook Express Address Book Transfer to the Yahoo contact list?

With help of an earlier answer to my question, I imported the Outlook Express Address book as a Excell document and saved it. Now how can I populate my yahoo contact list?? Hope not one item by one. There are about 400 addresses!
