How do I do a MASSIVE upload of email addresses into my yahoo address book?

I have 9000 email address to upload into my yahoo address book. Does anyone know how to do this without having to do it one at a time?

First go to contacts options and select export. Export a CSV file so you can see the format. It is a tab delimited file with field names at the top. It can be viewed and created with most spreadsheet programs. Once you have the format convert the 9000 email addresses to the format. You just need to be able to put them into a spreadsheet, move columns around, and add headings. Save as a CSV file and upload it to Yahoo.

Note that if you plan to create a mailing list Yahoo only allows 100 addresses at a time with 50 to the same domain. I can't imagine what you would do with 9000.
