I'm looking for the name of a book I read a long time ago, i don't...

...remember the title or author. Please Help! I read a book a while ago and I don't remember the Title or the Author. I have a general synopsis of the book. It's set in a city, and all the adults die from a strange disease and only children are left to fend for themselves, they have to learn to take care of themselves. That's about all I remember, if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
