where would i find a blank book with...?

i need a blank book with about 20-25 pages. the pages inside the book should be unlined, and the book can be 8.5 x 11 or smaller. would target, wal-mart, tall mouse, or michael's have this kind of book? i don't really want a diary type thing, i just want something with a cute cover and i can paste stuff onto the pages. sort of like a blank scrapbook, except i really dont want something expensive. where can i find this??
