In the book "Armed Madhouse"...who is the president to be elected?

Based on the author's suggestion (Greg Palast) I'm curious to know who the president will be. I actually went to buy the book but thought I'd ask first. I read a little bit from a friend. Hmmm John Kerry actually won the 2004 elections, interesting.
