Animal Farm the book ?

ok, so i have to wrtite an essay for english on Animal farm. The promt is- show how both the leaders and the followers on Animal Farm helped cause the destruction of freedom and equality, resulting in a dictatorship. For this essay i have to choose only 1 follower and 1 leader to do the essay on. I am more concerened about witch follower to pick from, rather than a leader. If anyone hjas read this essay and has any knowledge, that would greately be appreciated. Witch follower should i do it on? and why? same for the leader.
