You can do your M.Sc. in Zoology, because of many advantages. It is easier, more interesting that you would fall in love with nature, and best of all its scope in getting job is higher than Botany, and especially Chemistry. I despite having done M.Sc. in Zoology often find myself better than experts of DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) in explaining phenomenon of Biology.Though, if you do your DVM, I say you won't die unemployed in Pakistan, India or most of the developing countries.

You have many choices. You could try and get in to pharmacy, veterinary, or medical school. You could get a Masters degree, work in a lab or other biology related job. Good Luck
