| Which has more scope today applied microbiology or biotechnology? Iam doing bsc from bhu varanasi,subjects-botany,chemistry,industrial microbiology.in this ind.micro.is a 2 yr course so i have to do hons. in chem.or botany.iam confused whether i continue my studies in biotechnology in Msc or microbiology.chemistry is also a good subject and in bhu there is campus selection in chemistry.i am confused what to do.In my course there is no campus selection,please tell me in which area i should go according to todays scope.      |

| Which has more scope today applied microbiology or biotechnology? Both are good for todays job opportunity in India. But Biotechnology will definitely have more scopes than the Microbiological fields.Pursue a career, only if you feel you have the knack and interest to excel in it. |
