| Botany masters, I need help with my project. It is designing a tree for Biology class. Any ideas? I am basing this lightly on a Baobab tree, but it must be original. It is in a tropical savannah. It must attract beetles to it's flowers. Anyhow, here is a list of things I must cover, can you give me some hints on what would look good for each?1. Leaves2. Roots3. Flowers4. Stem/Trunk5. FruitAnd also, how do they obtain energy and store it?Maintain water?Physically support itself?Defend itself against predators?Reproduce both sexually and asexually, if appropriate?Disperse its young to locations favorable for growth?      |
