What graduate school should I attend...? I'm currently a biology major with an emphasis in ecology and a biometrics minor (statistics in the life sciences). I'll be heading into my junior year. My question is what are some good graduate schools for my area of study? I'd possibly want to study evolutionary biology as well. Anyone have any experience with the graduate school process is it tough? I'm interested in ornithology, herpetology, and entomology, and possibly botany and of course stats.Anyone know anything about Humboldt State University?

What graduate school should I attend...? I'd have to agree, UCSD is one of the best with ecology and evolution.I don't know how competitive it is in that field, but I know the stipends are typically lower. Overall the process is very relaxed compared to med school. My only advice is get good rec letters

What graduate school should I attend...? You might consider Tulane and Cornell Universities.Personally, I found graduate school a lot easier than undergraduate. There is less emphasis on rote memory and more on theory.
