| colon cancer? i am 29 years old and think i have colon cancer.cause i have to do the bathroom alot and all the time,and have alot of pains in my stomach. gas cramps mucas now i think i have blood in my stools.my gi doctor think i have ibd but who knows.It been over a year . I have to have a colonoscopy in two months to make sure ,i just hope it not to late.      |

| Blood in the stool dosen't necessarily mean you have colon cancer. A colonoscopy is a good idea. It sounds like IBS. Hyoscyamine, hydroxyzine (Atarax), amitriptyline, clonazepam, diazepam, loperamide are all useful drugs for IBS. |
