Why is Pancreatic Cancer so terminal? What causes it...sugar?

abc has a spectacular aura about
it is usually asymptomatic, it is difficult to screen for, and thus goes undiagnosed...meaning it has time to spread (become metastatic)

Survival rate is low because it is one of the most difficult types to diagnose. Pancreatic cancer is usually not found until it has progressed beyond the point of treatment.

A number of things can increase risk of getting this disease. Sugar itself is not one of them, but a diet high in fats and sugars can, not does, increase the risk. Smoking definitely increases the risk.
