Christians, why doesnt God cure cancer?

And He said to them, "Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you.

According to Jesus, this means that you can do anything, which would by definition include curing yourself of cancer, if you have the "faith the size of a mustard seed".

So why doesnt prayer work when dealing with many terminally ill patients....even when the vitcims are religious?

Unless you are suggesting that every Christian can cure themselves of cancer?

So what is the reason God wont cure cancer?
1.God loves us and wants to, but he is not unable to
2.God is able to, but doesnt care
3.Jesus is a big fat liar

Cancer is not caused by free will, no one has ever wanted to give themselves cancer.
