Bad tooth or oral cancer?

Hello everyone i have a bad tooyh in my mouth the tooth is broken and has a hole in it i recently discovered a littel white knot above the tooth could this be an infection from the bad tooth or oral cancer can a bad tooth cause a knot in your mouth im going to the dentist in a coule of weeks when i have the money to pay for care??? all answers are very much appriciated
No its not a white spot on my tooth its a lilttel knot on my gums right above the broken tooth

It sounds to me like you have something called a "parulus", which is basically an infection that started at the tip of the diseased tooth's root and made its way laterally out the bone and through the gum. You can pop it like a pimple, although unlike popping a pimple (which usually expels the blocked/infected sebacious gland) popping a parulus does absolutely nothing to address the infected tooth.

Thus, you need to see your dentist promptly to have the tooth addressed.

One other thing: do you realize that in your entire question, the only punctuation mark you used is the question mark, three times--all three of them back to back. You need a basic writing skills course almost as badly as you need a dentist!

R u talking about the root at the top of your tooth? If you had an absess when you broke the tooth you will want to see a dentist because if you don't then you will need a root canal later and I heard that is painful.
