red bumps on stomach? is it a sign of skin cancer?

okay so i've been going tanning lately , about 4 times so far for only about 5-6 min. each. today i woke up and there was some red bumps on my stomach, 2 little ones by my belly button, and one up by my ribcage, also there is one on my side. i'm paranoid that it might be skin cancer ??? or maybe they are bug bites ??? PLEASE HELP
