Do I have cancer?

So recently, when i have a bowel movement there's blood in my stool. It doesn't matter if it's loose or not, there's blood. Not a ton, but it's in the toilet and on the toilet paper. And it's coming from the inside, so i didn't cut myself. I remember this happening after I was constipated, and it's been doing this since. I'm a little worried, and for you girls it's like when you go to the bathroom on your period, but maybe a little less.
What could this be and what should i do? do you think I've cut myself on the inside? I'd really like some help.

Also, there's no pain when I go. It's just like normal.
it's bright, like period blood.

There's not a ton, and I dont think it's every time i go to the bathroom. i went yesterday and didn't see any...

please go see ur gyn...she is the ONLY one to trust with this answer! So many things it could be...we can only guess. Tell ur mom. probably nothing...but wouldn't u like to know for sure? I took my two babies to a specialist for their bowl problems...we got them tested and found nothing more than redness in the bowel. It was worth finding out exactly their problem and getting medication for it! What a great relief and 3 months of that medication and they were cured!!

Most likely, you have internal hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are natural veins that are in everyone, and sometimes if you strain too hard to make a bowel movement, such as when you are constipated, they will become inflamed. This can form internal hemorrhoids (hemorrhoids that are inside of you, that cause blood in your stool but dont necessarily hurt), and external hemorrhoids (usually a bump sticks out on the outside of your anus, and is very fragile to the touch, but doesn't bleed).

However, the blood may be from a different source.. you should consult a doctor for proper diagnosis. It's an embarrassing part of your body, yes, but they are medical professionals. They aren't going to judge.
