I live in an apartment that is very filled with smoke that comes from my neighbors and all around.My thoroat hurts very much and i can breathe well.Is it cancer?

Yes. You can get cancer from 2nd hand smoke. However, what you are currently experiencing is most likely NOT cancer. However, if you can't rectify the smoke condition, I suggest you consider moving.
