and goes could it be cancer? I have selft examine myself and i have not found any lumps, this has been going on for the past month

If it's really bothering you, get it checked. My aunt had a sore breast and no lumps, and it actually was breast cancer. That's not to say you have it, it could be something else, but for your own peace of mind, I say get checked hun.

Your glands will get tender from time to time. It most likely is just glandular changes that are hormonal. I have had sharp pains at times and other times just slight discomfort - but it comes and goes and no it is not cancer - just life!
