well if your mouth sore is a cold sore then it is oral herpes. u can spread cold sores to the genitals of your girlfriend if u give her oral sex while u still have the sore. i had that happen to me so its possible. u can also pass cold sores to her mouth if u kiss her when there is a cold sore.
