im 13 and had the pain for 4 days help
COULD IT BE GROWING PAINS

No one can answer this question. You need to be examined by a doctor to determine what the problem might be. In general though . . cancer is not painful until it is very advanced. Far more serious would be an unexplained lump . . in either case you need to see a doctor as soon as possible.

Do NOT rely on the responses you get on here to diagnose you. However, I'm doubtful that its cancer. But it might be something else.
