...the last thing you loose? things could turn out to be much better than you are expecting

My father had a problem with his tongue for many years but he refused to go to the doctor and when he finally went he was diagnosed with cancer
i read that oral cancers are generally very agressive and having in mind that my father had the problem for many years i was sure that it would be very late for anything to be done..

but it turned out that not only there was no metastasis but besides the operation ( which was a very very difficult one) there was no need for radiation or chemotherapy

of course there are still many problems but the worst part is over

things turned out to be much much better than we could hope

i am posting this story because during my difficult times i really needed all the hope i could get

so now i want to tell to everyone NOT TO LOOSE YOUR HOPE AND FAITH

Well, sorry, I didn't have faith to begin with. And if a cancer diagnosis doens't bring it on, nothing will.

As for hope, well, I have some hope that my treatments are effectively knocking down the cancer. Whether they eliminate it totally, we'll see.

I don't believe in magic, you see.
