i am 16 wks prego. i found out i have cervical cancer & a bladder

infection. will this hurt my baby @ all? i didnt know i had it b4 i got prego. i peed n a cup @ 1 of my appts & they called me sayin that i had cervical cancer.
my dr knows i am pregnant. its the same dr i see when i hear the heartbeat. will i lose my baby?
