hi,i have been diagonosed with solitary rectual ulcer,prolapse anus,rectal

bleeding,NOW A LUMP,IS THIS CANCER? do i go to doctors again,or is this normal to have a lump with my condition,i have had bariem xray,camras etc,no cancer befor.im 29
the lump,is a pea size,sort of woberly if feel around it,its not piles,never sufferd from them,even with all my disfunctional bowel problems.expert belive due to abuse when younger
