can you get cancer from throat tumors?

Hi everybody i am 14 years old and here is my story. I had a throat tumor in my throat. I first fount out when i felt the back of my throat with my tounge and i felt a big ball in the back in my mouth. At first the doctor was saying it was a sinus infection and stuff like that. So May 1,2008 i had surgery and after my surgery thats when they fount out it was a tumor and that i had cancer in my throat. Well now i am at St.Jude Children Research Hospital having treatments. Yall this is a very dangerous thing and very life threatning. Every day i have to get these shots in my arms every 4 hours and i have to get an iv every 3 days. i just want yall to pray for me that i feel better and get rid of this cancer. I have lymphoma cancer and its one of the world's most curable cancer so thank god to that. I will loose all my hair and im going to be bold. I am very young and my life now is just poor right now. but I thank god that it is curable and im going to be able to live.pray for me please!

My young friend, despite what the guy said about it being nothing to God, it is all God! Jesus is the Great Physician,but you do need to take your prescribed medications, Thank God over and over that this is curable...and by the faith you show, I'm certain it will work out fine for you.... once you're better and off medicne, your hair will regrow, a lot of peoplesay their hair came back richer and fuller than before....don't doubt but that there plenty of us praying for you...justdo what your doctor says is right for you...and hold to yourfaith in a Loving God.
