It depends...if you are a Gemini who likes "mushy" displays of affection and expressions than it could work. Cancer's spend a lot of time wrapped up in their feelings...at first it is interesting because it is different from you...after a while it may start to wear thin. My Gemini male BFF recently dated a Cancer and although he did like her, he just found her too emotionally taxing...she was very aggressive too...he just felt overwhelmed. sometimes. if your guy is a cancer then that's fine because he will be caught up emotionally with you (a girl!) so i think it would be fine if you are willing to just chill out with him not only go hit up all of the parties in town. take it easy and slowly get him out of his shell, he just needs to feel comfortable.
