testicale cancer?

i think i might have testicale cancer. my right testicale swells up every now an again and a get pan in my groin an in my testicle its very uncomftable . and it hurts when i touch my right testicale and it feels heavy an alot biger than my left one! could this be cancer?

You need to give more information. Is this happening after having sex? Have you had a Vasectomy?

If you've had a vasectomy, it could be a cyst forming as a complication of that...if so, go to a Urologist and have it checked...either way this would be a good idea. He will likely order an ultrasound to get a better look at it.

it could be! or it could be a hydrocele.i think thats how you spell it.anyway i had one.it is just a swelling of the testicle.it fills up with liquid and may cause pain in the testicle.but as for the pain in the groin you should get to a doctor ASAP.

Well the good news is that if you are right, the cure rates for this kind of cancer are over 90%. If you have to get one, this is the one to get.

So don't be a chicken, it could be nothing at all. But if you are right, the faster you get on to it the more likely you will be ok.
