i have a cyst 6cm by 6cm and im worried its cancer?

i went for a termination and when i had a scan they fount a cyst the size of an apple in my womb im waiting for an appointment for another scan to see if its still there after the termination but im really worried that it is still there and its cancer ive had abit of back ache but thats it but notting unusual i get back ache alot after i had my first child im only 24 and i would like somme first hand information if anyone can help me thanks
