i have a cyst 6cm by 6cm im really worried about it and cant help thinking its

cancer not causing me any pain? i went for a scan when i was having a termination they found the cyst then said it was about the size of an apple im still waiting for an appiontment to see if it went with the termination im really scared that its cancer im not getting much pain abit of back ache but thats it it would be great to get first hand information to help me.
