I have ovarian cysts since last june, negative ca-125 what are the chances...

...itis cancer? The doctor says he THINKS it's not ovarian cancer but cant be sure, they are complex cysts liquid and solid 5cm by 8 cm, I am very tired all the time and keep having anxiety attacks and wonder if it is related also?
ok i am 30 so I'm not menopausal - and the cysts have basically stayed the same size since last june..... I need to have my uterus out so they will take the cysts then in like another month... but I am like totally freaking out until then.....
