could picking skin cancer make it spread?

if you pick a skin cancer and it bleeds could it then spread through the blood and into other parts of the body

What kind of skin cancer is it?
Do you know?
Have you had it diagnosed?
Because if it is a melanoma, you are playing with fire, love.

I sound like a broken record, but go see a dermatologist and STOP PICKING!
