Can cervical cancer cause this?

last month and this month, i never ovulated, and i feel it every month... i'm spotting between periods too.
I found out two years ago that i have hpv, one of the cancer causing kinds.
I've been having some embarassing issues, growing more facial hair, more discharge. And my breasts have shrunk excessivly with no weight loss.

Sex is painful about 50% of the time.(i have two kids, but that shouldnt effect my sex issues) Sometimes resulting in spotting.

I've got to find a new gyno before I can get to a dr. for an exam. And if you press the issue of concern will they see you sooner? One of my friends made an appointment with a gyno dr back in january, and wont be seen until may!!!
But I was hoping to find someone i could speak with who has been in this situation or can offer advice.
I by no means am overly worried about anything. I'm surprizingly calm and collected with understanding i could be going through something so serious. God only gives you what you can handle.

i contracted the hpv from someone who got it from someone who ended up with cancer at the age of 17.
i breast fed my daughter for six months and my breasts shrunk from that. then about 6 months after stopping breast feeding they shrunk again. lucky mommies we are haha
