Could I have cancer?

I went the hospital 6 days ago about a lump in my throat that I had for about a month. Anyway, she said the lump in my throat was a swollen tonsil and did tests and the lumps under my chin was a viral infection. And she gave me Ibuprofen to help with the inflammation and pain, the lump is finally going but the other side of my throat is really hurting now and my viral infection still hasnt gone and the side where its hurting now the gland in my neck has gone pretty big. And when i woke up today, i coughed and brung up a tiny bit of blood. I'm a vegetarian and take no vitamins or anything, and my boyfriend said that he found out that lacking them it can cause a virus that doesnt go away can cause what i get, but i dont know. I might go the hospital tomorrow about it again. Oh and i have lip piercings, and im allergic to cheap metal/silver, i get rashes on my skin and swells up when ive wore it.
Anyway, sorry about the long explanation, but please give me your honest answer!
