that bump you are worried about is pretty common in women, not many women know what they are. But what is sounds like you may have is something called Sebaceous Cysts. which is what you say you have a small sized bump near your vagina and genitals. What it is a blister that becomes crust and sentive when touched. Sebaceous cysts are often the result of swollen hair follicles, or skin trauma. It could just be a small blister that has formed which then you should be scratching or picking because it would make it much worse. If it is Sebaceous Cysts some symptoms for that would be:
redness

tenderness

increased temperature of the skin over the bumps or lumps

greyish white, cheesy, foul smelling material draining from the bump or lump
If you belive you may have it or have these symptoms inform your mom and go see a doctor, if it is not treated it may become infected and harm your body!

How old are you? If you're old enough, I'd go to a clinic by myself. If you have older siblings, explain it to one of them and have them take you...or a neighbor. Dont worry about telling your mom though...she would much rather want to know if it werent anything that bad than not have known about something life threatening

It's probably not cancer.
Could it possibly be an STD?
It sounds like maybe it's an ingrown hair or something.
