Uncle had Liver Cancer but Died from a Heart Attack?

Ok so my uncle who was more like a father growing up had liver cancer. He was in the hospital for the past week bcuz it got bad. But on Saturday they were talking about what rehab to send him too when he is released. Well I got the call yesterday morning that he died. Not from the cancer but from a Heart Attack!! You have no idea how mad I am. I just dont understand how this could have happened. It feels like a jip - he wasn't in great health but still - a heart attack when there was no signs of heart issues at all.
Ok I am rambling - but seriously - WTF!!

How was this even possible???
