Skin Cancer?

might seem like a ***** for asking this but I will anyway. I have a mate and she is an attention speaker. She went to the dr yday and said the dr told her that she had skin cancer. She has had a lump on her chest after she got sunburnt 2 yrs ago and it had been bleeding for the last few months. The thing is I don't know whether to believe her or not. My mate Dawn said she text her telling ehr that the dr said she had skin cancer and was going for a biopsy but wouldn't her dr have to get her tested first?:S Then she said to me her dr actaully said that she had to be put hrough within 2 weeks becasue of worrying syptoms but doesnt that seem liek a long time for a serious thing like this. Donna said that she looked at pics of skin cancer and it looks nothing like her lump? I hate for feeling this way but don't know if I should believe her. She's been telling everyone as well which makes me think its for attention. Any opinions. Should I act concern as I feel guilty that I am not?
