Does anyone on here have cancer? if yes what were your symptoms when you

were diagnosed?..? I think I have cancer because I just have a feeling I do and Ive been having a weird sensation on the left side of my chest , Ive had it for months..please tell me some symptoms of cancer..before medication and before you are diagnosed because im sure they change once your on medication and are diagnosed.
Some people are answering my question because they are curious, if youre curious and dont have an answer the least you can do is mark my question interesting..LOL !

my friends has cancer
she started her period and it never stopped
she just kept bleeding
she was also fatigued prior to that
and just didnt feel well
a pain in your chest could be many things
