Does this sound at all like a type of cancer?

Hello, I'm Zane im a 20 year old college student who has been sick for almost 7 weeks and yet doctors have not found a cause for why I am sick. I have digestive problems such as constipation and small stools where I don't feel like I have completely emptied my bowels. I also have abdominal pain and bloating and sometimes stomach pains. I also have my lymph nodes in my arm pits swollen and there sometimes painful and hurts all the way to my nipples. I sometimes have a hard time passing gas and belching. I also am swollen in the back right side of my head up to my ear and it has been ringing and its annoying and giving me a head ache. I have had blood work and urine test and also a few xrays and from that the doctors say I am fine. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this and what did they end up having?
