would it be possible for a women in her teens/early twenties to get ovarian cancer?

Ive been feeling symptoms that are supposed to be symtoms of ovarian cancer, I went to the doctor, and they say I dont. but they didnt do any real tests, except for a pelvic exam. what should I do?
