very important cancer of the uterus question here. I am being looked after by

my hospital for this problem? but at the moment I am spotting blood not heavy but spotting blood expecailly when I go to the toilet. Is this a common thing with this kind of cancer? I have not had a period in about 3 months. but in thoses three months I have been getting tiny cramps in my stomach and now that I am spotting blood I do not kow what to do. I have gut cramps too. so I just want to know if irregular bleeding like this is normal for uterine cancer? what do I do now please help.
I will be 39 soon
