I am a cancer he is a scorp.... I am starting to get insecure with my relationship

what do I do?? Everything was all gray at first I felt like he had set me free.... now I am just wondering if he still wants me....likes me.... he is always into his work. He always tells me I am his only one. I asked him for the first time the other day. HE said "you know your the only" You are the only one.... he does so much for me as I do for him....am I just getting emotional for nothing? is it just the cancer in me.... He totally seems like he understands and the crazy side of me doesnt bother him at all
