Could this be Cancer? [pictures]?

There is a small light brow little raised bump on my arm. It hurts when I put pressure on it, or scratch it. It it on my left arm just above my elbow.I am 13 years young and I went to the Doctor but I am awaiting results. Do any of you think this could be Melanoma, or another form of Cancer?? Please please please help.

No its not a birthmark, my skin is tan not fair, my birthmarks are dark brown and flat not raised. And i live in new york and there are no bugs out. its not from a mosquito. Otherwise it wouldnt be painful.
