No, not at all. Wear what you're comfortable with.

No, it isnt ture. At my high school last week a few nurses came to tak to us about breast cancer, and she said that it is not true. Nothing really can increase the chance of breast cancer except family history.

I don't believe that. How can an underwire increase the chances of breast cancer? I've never heard this before, you may want to ask your doctor about it.

You can hurt the muscles in your chest wall if you sleep in a underwire, plus sleeping in an underwire isn't comfortable.
But I didn't wear an underwire when I was a 34A, and I was for a really long time... unless you're having support problems, I wouldn't. I guess it's a personal choice, though.

I used to work in a lingerie shop and you wouldn't believe the urban legends such as this that get circulated. One said you could get salmonella from gel bras!!!!!!

Its ok hun, underwires are fine - they will not harm your breasts or cause you any kind of illness. The most you will get is discomfort caused by a poorly fitted bra - make sure you get measured regularly by a trained fitter (yes you have to take a course!)

The only time i would recommend that you don't wear a wired bra is if you are pregnant/breastfeeding.

Good luck!
