I think I might have penile cancer?

Im only 16 almost so its probably to do with masturbation but I have noticed dark areas of the penis one really small spot on the head, im circumsized. I also have a fady spot on the left of the penis where I get a veiny sort of lump after masturbation. It doesnt hurt but it feels like it feels like stretch soreness and I also feel like it moves when I push my hand over the area and that feels majorly weird. Am I masturbating to hard or should I see a doctor? I dont really want to go if I dont have to do save embarassment.
