If you have the cancer gene, should you have children?

Will insurance companies start requiring genetic testing before they cover costs? (as in cover or not cover if it was possible genetic) And how would discovering you have the gene effect pre-existing condition clauses on insurance.

Some women find out they have the cancer gene , have prophylactic mastectomy's.Should this information be available ? How can it be used against you?

Some insurance companies don't pay for routine mammograms.Should they ?

The wealthy get better treatment at world class hospitals while others just use a local hospital.

Should quality of life be considered when choosing a treatment plan ? Or is it just quantity we seek ?
