Prostate Cancer Removal that my dad had. Radical Prostatimacy?

My dad just recently had a Radical Prostatimacy to remove prostate cancer, and strangely he doesn't have feeling in his rectum and the bowel movement just runs out without any feeling. What me and my mom thought is that because he's mixing 3 things together: anitibiotics, pain killers, and grinded up vegetable juice. Because he's having constant diahrrea and not feeling it come out, and plus either because its due to the prostate removal his diahrrea has blood coming out as well. And he's feeling gas stuck on the bottom of his stomach area. He eats well sometimes, either because he's bloated or because of the affect of the antibiotics or pain killers, sometimes he has a loss of appetite. He also took Phospho Soda before the surgery, but nothing barely came out, so I'm thinking the Phospho Soda was still in his system and that made it a 4th item added to the mixtures. Can anyone answer my questions for me? The blood in the diahrrea, bloated feeling, and whats the best cure or meds?
