Do you think God knows how to cure AIDS and cancer or is he helpless?

Can it be that he has a degree in economics or arcitecture and he knows nothing about medicine?

God is all powerful, God can do anything he wants. Cancer and aids are the result of sin entering into this world.

God will heal all when He returns,Man created aids in a lab and there is soooooooo much money in cancer,the cure was destroyed.Man also made cancer by feeding us toxins,green house gases etc.
