how can "a cell phone is causing cancer" be a myth?

"Electronic devices like cell phones can cause cancer. False"

it just says in the article, its on the main yahoo page. I dont get it. first they say how things affects you badly, but later it becomes a myth. is there something wrong with scientists? first everyone creates those big awareness campaings and tells people how badly can things affect your health, but after few years suddenly its not dangerious anymore. screw it, maybe I'll stop taking care of what is bad and what isnt.

I really wonder whats true and what isnt. for years I've been hearing how risky deodorants can be. maybe I wont listen to anything anymore.
