Best Career Path For Teacher Looking To Get Out Of The Classroom?

I am not actively looking to get out of teaching - mostly because of all the percs. For example: 185 work days a year, 5-6 hour work day, great health benefits, and pay around 50K. That doesn't take into the account of how fun days are working in the classroom.

But....

Is there a different profession - maybe a different career path that offers the same or most of the same benefits for better money? Some people piggy back their teaching experience and do something else with that in their pocket. I could always go back to teaching because I have a credential for life. So here's the criteria - the idea can be in any field that appreciates teaching experience, doesn't require more education (I have a bachelor's), pays more but works about the same amount of days per year or less.
