What classes should I take to advance my career?

I work for a marketing firm doing internet marketing and website development (no html) I'd like to take some classes to further my education as well as career. I'm thinking about business & marketing writing, building web pages or Intro to Internet writing markets. What would someone who works in the marketing field recommend for me to take? I enjoy writing but would also like to have some experience in the designing aspects of marketing such as desktop publishing, graphic design etc. I don't really have an interest in learning html or css though. Thanks to whomever responds!
